These photos were taken at various spots around the campus during a rainstorm in March, 2011.  If you go on a clear sunny day it never looks like this.  I've also included a video taken from the bridge near the Kindergarten building of the Moore's Branch during the storm. 

 

 


 
This is the Greene Meadow.  It was planted to slow  down water that drains off Park School Drive and the Kindergarten Loop

 

 

 
This swale was made to collect runoff from the parking lot.  Water remains here and percolates into the ground rather than rushing straight into the Moore's Branch - our stream at Park
